  • What is your company’s production capacity?
    We have a metalworking line that can produce up to 20,000 thermos cups per day, and a spray painting production line that can spray paint more than 30,000 cups per day. At the same time, I have a fully automatic manipulator that can work 24 hours a day.
  • How many employees does your company have, and how many are technicians among them?
    The company currently has more than 150 employees and dozens of management personnel.
  • How does your company ensure product quality?
    We have strict incoming material inspection and production requirements. Full inspections are arranged for necessary processes, and self-sampling inspections by workers are arranged for other processes. We strictly adhere to the concept that the next process is the customer, and ensure that the products output to the next process must be of good quality.
    At the same time, each of our workshops is equipped with irregular inspections and random inspections to ensure that no unnecessary trouble is caused to subsequent workshops.
    Finally, we arrange random inspections for large quantities of goods to ensure that the goods are 100 good when they are delivered to customers.

  • What are the payment methods?
    When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, whether it is FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance and then pay the balance upon receipt of the bill of lading. Our payment method is ly T/T, of course L/C is also acceptable.
